BUOY® is a spray of anti-frost materials which can be applied prior to anticipated frost conditions. BUOY® has been shown to afford some protection within several hours after application. However, best results require application 24 to 48 hours before frost conditions occur.
IMPORTANT: BUOY® is a tool to help reduce damage from frost. Its use is recommended in conjunction with sound cultural and management practices. The use of BUOY® on unhealthy plants and/or the misuse of BUOY® may produce deleterious results. BUOY® should not be applied to runoff as phytotoxicity may occur.
